Jennifer is a Tennessee native who earned her Ph.D. in creative writing from Georgia State University. She teaches creative writing at Middle Tennessee State University. Her short stories have appeared in The Southwestern Review and GSU Review, where her story “Egg and Spoon” earned the short fiction award.
